Seattle Greens were out, despite the blustery weather, to protest the Citizens United Supreme Court decision on its second anniversary, Jan. 20 2012.
Help take action on getting Big Money and Big Business out of politics!
At our monthly meeting this Wednesday night April 4th at 7pm, we’ll explore, along with a panel of experts, just what can be done to fight the gains Big Business and Big Money have made in altering our social, political and economic structures for their own benefits. Come armed with your intellect, curiosity, and desire to make a difference.

Monthly meetings are for members and visitors. Happening on the first Wed. each month, 7:00 PM. CC: are they to remain at Phinney Neighborhood Center for the forseeable future?
April 21, 2012 at 9:22 am
Yes, meetings are scheduled to remain at Phinney but the meeting day has been moved to fourth wednesdays for the remainder of 2012. The reason for the switch being that first wednesday’s conflicted with seattle school board meetings, and several key contributors to our monthly meetings are also working on the Green Party of Seattle endorsed Sustainable Schools Campaign (that often requires testifying before the school board). This move will allow those members to do both and of course we hope the change won’t inconvenience our other current (or prospective) members from attending our monthly meetings.
